I see all these deals for $29.95 or $49.95 cleanings at other places. Are those for real? And can they do a good job?

It's probably not going to be a high quality job. How can a company give you a price before they access the situation? Those companies work on more of volume basis, so they will try to clean as many carpets at they can in one day. We don't do that. We take pride in our work, so we will still try to assess your needs at the best value possible.

What is the cost of the cleaning?

There are many variables to cost. The biggest is the squared footage of the area, and if we need to move any furniture or other times also. We can give you a general estimate on the phone of how much it would cost, but we would need to assess the area for a better estimate.

I'm a working parent. Can we schedule the cleaning when I'm free?

We will do our best to work with your busy schedules to serve you needs properly and in a professional manner.

I'm a little skeptical about have people I don't know in my house. Can I trust your staff?

Why should I use a carpet cleaning service? Can I just do it myself?

How often should I get my carpet cleaned?

It all depends on your lifestyle and how much traffic you have in various rooms in your house or office. It's recommended you get a cleaning once a year but some places might need it more often based on how much use it gets. If you have any questions, just give us a call.

Are you guaranteed to remove all the spots, stains, and grime in my carpet and upholstery?

Our professional cleaners have a high success rate in removing most spots. Most of the time, the stains will be removed. However, there are times when a spot or stain is little troublesome see it's hard to 100% guarantee that we are able to remove it.

Do I have to stay away from my carpet after it has been cleaned and not walk on it?

No you don't. You can walk on it. It might be a little damp still, so we suggest that you throw on a pair of socks if you want to walk around in whatever room was cleaned.

After cleaning, how long will it take to fully dry?

It all depends, but it usually takes between 6 to 24 hours to fully dry. You can turn on the heat to help with the process during the cold months or open up a window during warm weather. Fans and air conditioners also help with the drying process.
